- Microbiological hazards and control
- Contamination hazards and controls in manufacturing
- Personal hygiene
- Cleaning and disinfection

Course Assessment
- Theoretical assessment of 15 multiple choice questions, which can be conducted orally where language barriers or literacy difficulties exist.
