Programme For Unemployment
The project supports and advises people who are currently unemployed and live in Cambridgeshire. It is aimed at the warehouse sector and helps candidates to gain skills for working in warehouses
The project offers:
- Individuals with information and advice (delivered one to one)
- Soft skills help e.g. CV writing and interview tips
- Funded training to develop relevant employability skills for future employment
- Forklift training - upon proof of guarenteed interview or job offer
- Direct links to additional support mechanisms
Eligibility Criteria
- Aged 18 plus
- Currently in receipt of Job Seekers Allowance
- Living in the Cambridgeshire area
- Passes a literacy and numeracy test at entry level 3 (this will be conducted at the sign-up interview)

Response To Redundancy (EEDA)
The project supports and advises people who are going to be made redundant and lives in the East of England in order to help get them back into sustainable employment in the shortest space of time.
The project offers:
- Individuals with information and advice (delivered one to one)
- Soft skills help e.g. CV writing and interview tips
- Funded training to develop relevant employability skills for future employment
- Direct links to additional support mechanisms
Eligibility ciriteria
- Aged 16 plus
- Live or work in the East of England
- Have received an "at risk" notification, but still must be in employment
- Have a permanent contract of employment
